We will now be offering curbside service for all retail purchases, daycare reservations, and grooming appointments! 

Making a Retail Purchase:

Need supplies from the shop? Now you don’t even have to leave your car to get your goods!

Once your order has been placed and we have notified you that it is ready to be picked up, all you have to do is let us know that you have arrived and we will deliver your order right to your car.

  • To Place a Retail Order –

    • Call your location with your order and a team member will prepare it for you and get you checked out over the phone.
      • Once your order is ready, we can call or text you to let you know.
      • After you arrive, you can call your location to let them know you are ready for your order to be delivered to your vehicle or you can text the words ‘HERE FOR ORDER’ to any text you previously received from us and a team member will be out promptly.
    • Visit your Customer Portal online to browse available inventory, place your order, and pay on your own here: https://thedogpawlour.gingrapp.com/front_end/packages
      • Once your order is ready, we can call or text you to let you know.
      • After you arrive, you can call your location to let them know you are ready for your order to be delivered to your vehicle or you can text the words ‘HERE FOR ORDER’  to any text you previously received from us and a team member will be out promptly.

   Curbside Pick-Up/ Drop-Off for Grooming:

For grooming clients, we are happy to do curbside for both pickup and drop-off.

  • Drop-Off –

    • If you wish to speak with your groomer, please bring in your dog at drop-off and the groomer can get all the information you need to share with them concerning the grooming appointment.
        • You will also be able to prepay in person at this time, if you would prefer.
    • If you would like for us to retrieve your dog(s) from your vehicle during drop-off, please call the facility to let a team member know you have arrived.
      • A team member will promptly come to retrieve your dog(s) from your vehicle using a slip lead.
        • We ask that all personal belongings, such a collars/harnesses/clothing, already be removed from your dog(s) before a staff member comes to retrieve your dog(s).
  • Pick-Up –

    • When you arrive to pick-up your dog(s) from grooming,  you can text the word ‘HERE‘  to any text you previously received from us and we will know that you have arrived and are ready for your dog to be brought out to your vehicle.
      • If you prefer not to text, feel free to call your location to let us know you have arrived.

Curbside Pick-Up/Drop-Off for Daycare:

For all daycare reservations, we encourage you to allow us to offer you curbside pick-up/drop-off. This is to minimize traffic within our facility, limiting potential exposure, while allowing you to remain safely inside your vehicle.

  • Drop-Off –

    • When you have arrived to drop off your dog for daycare, please call the facility to let a team member know you have arrived.
      • A team member will promptly come to retrieve your dog from your vehicle using a slip lead.
        • We ask that all personal belongings, aside from a collar, already be removed from your dog(s) before a staff member comes to retrieve your dog(s).
  • Pick-Up –

    • When you arrive to pick-up your dog(s) from grooming, you can text the word ‘HERE‘ to any text you previously received from us and we will know that you have arrived and are ready for your dog to be brought out to your vehicle.
